About the Author

Tweet Sering has worked as an advertising copywriter, an associate creative director for television, a contributing editor for a fashion magazine, an executive producer for television commercials and a writing teacher to high school students. Her feature articles have appeared in Cosmopolitan-Philippines, Preview, SME-Insight, Female-Singapore, UNO, Esquire-Philippines, and in the in-flight magazines Mabuhay (Philippine Airlines) and Smile (Cebu Pacific).
A graduate of the University of the Philippines, she is also the author of the novel Wander Girl. She was raised in Surigao City and now lives in Manila, Philippines. In 2000, she won the Carlos Palanca award for the One-Act Play. In 2011, she founded Astigirl Publishing.
