If you look carefully on the top right corner there is a PENCIL-mark (not ink or pen) US$8.00 price tag. I could have erased this to hide its original pricing then but I didn't want to touch it to maintain the current condition. I think this can be completely erased cleanly from the page as the pencil-mark is not that deep. The US$8.00 is the price tag 11 years ago, 1994 when this first came out. Obviously, the inscription to a Michael downgrades the collectible price abit, but the extra "an old story..." comment makes up for it.
